New California Driver’s Licenses
California has began issuing new Driver’s Licenses and ID Cards. A host of changes include a vertical layout for persons under 21, the cardholder’s date of birth and signatures that can be felt by touch, images that can be seen only with the use of ultraviolet lights, and much more. Be patient though! Don’t rush into the DMV for a new card. A newly designed card will be issued upon the expiration of your current card.
