We are no different than most people who watched the NCAA Championship Game: it was nearly unwatchable and was not a positive way to end the NCAAB season. Butler couldn’t buy a basket, had no mid-range game, and didn’t capitalize on UConn foul troubles in the first half. UConn did enough to bring home the title but didn’t impress many with their slower than usual offensive style of play. With that said, we are already anticipating next year’s bracketology.
Duke’s Kyrie Irving is deciding whether to enter the NBA, with only 11 collegiate games under his shoes. He’s projected to be a Top 5 pick in this year’s draft if he leaves Duke. Get the skinny on some other ballers looking to make to jump to the big time and hear our thoughts on Irving’s move.
We know, we know. It’s only the first week of baseball but it’s never to early to start looking at some surprises, mishaps, and question marks. Consider the Rays, Orioles, and Red Sox from the AL East. How ‘bout the Rangers and the Athletics from the AL West? Even the NL West is shuffling with the Giants dropping 4 of their first 5 games. Who else makes the list? Tune in and find out.
There is about one week left in the NHL and the playoff situation is still up in the air. The Western Conference is all over the place. Seven teams are fighting for 5 playoff spots and many are riding win streaks and hoping momentum takes them past the regular season. We talk about some potential 1st Round matchups and highlight some history between some teams.
The Master’s is here and all the buzz is centered on Mickelson and Woods. Let’s not forget the likes of Martin Kaymer, Nick Watney, Lee Westwood, Matt Kuchar, and some other young talent on the links. Check out our brief preview.
