Some users are finding it necessary to downgrade to iTunes 8 and firmware 3.0.1 to solve the problems. Doesn’t it seem Apple was premature in its release of the 3.1 OS update to meet the timing requirements with the release of iTunes 9 and the new iPods? Share your thoughts.
